This 45 minute powerhouse Yoga class is focusing on getting your heart rate pumping! This fast and vigorous workout will get you sweating while getting your zen on.
This 45 minute medium paced Vinyasa Yoga class will be the morning activity you need to ground you and get your blood flowing.
45 minute Interval training class focusing on using your own body weight to strengthen and tone.

Join our prenatal Yoga class! This is an ideal way for mommas to be to stay in shape. Whether you're new to Yoga or an expert - Yoga can keep you flexible, tone, and improve your balance during pregnancy.
Must be medically approved for workouts.
Postnatal Yoga is a style of Yoga that addresses the physical challenges of being a new mother, as well as the aftermath of childbirth and pregnancy. This class will help new moms tone their body and get their zen on! All moms must be medically cleared to workout.
Kids Movement Class! Need an activity for your kids? Burn off some energy? Join your kids if you'd like. This 30 minute movement class is based on creative movement (ex. Yoga poses turning into butterflies)! Recommended for kids 3-10 years of age.
