Class is rooted in a multi-disciplinary approach. Instructors are trained in a variety of somatic and creative techniques. Class enables you to access a flexible physical instrument through creative movement, play, music, and simple contact exercises.
This 75 minute class involves a rigorous warm up, some technical exercises, and culminate in improvisation – moving to music and exploring fundamentals of composition work.

Natalie's Pilates Mat class utilizing hand-held weights (dumbbells, water bottles, canned food, laundry bottles, etc!). 2-5 lbs each recommended. Intermediate level.
Jenna's Barre Fusion class combines elements of ballet, Yoga, Pilates, strength training AND a burst of cardio into a dynamic format that will transform your body and mind! Postures and transitions are sequenced purposefully to create layers of work followed by an intentional stretch and focus on breath.
A Pilates Mat class incorporating props including a 9" Pilates ball, and looped resistance bands. Props are not required for this class but enhance the experience. Open level (though may not be suitable as an introduction to Pilates).
